✧ SPLITS/MERGES ✧
Moves that require two or more people to preform
Criss Cross: From a tier, on the 1st go evens keyhole out. On the 2nd go, odds curl over out. Evens will change, then immediately remerge into the opposite line
Doodle: In the specified direction, odds dodge and evens squiggle. This results in split lines going in opposite directions in OH gaps.
Fuse: From a wide tier in OH gaps, odds double curl out and evens keyhole out on go, with evens merging behind odds
Jigsaw: In specified groupings and at specified points, riders will cut away from the track/wall and remerge back together on a new track going the same direction. For example, 1's cut at F, 2's at B and 3's and M, all merging on the centreline.
Part: From a tier, each line will number themselves 1-4. If you are a 1 or a 3, you will belt in and merge at the wall. If you are a 2 or a 4, you will belt out to create a bigger tier at the wall.
Shoelace: On the 1st and 2nd gos, fortune wave. On the 3rd go, half revolve. This results in combing split lines
Teeter: On go, riders wave and then point their horses nose into the corner, resulting in separated lines on the diagonal. (Rake wave)
Bowtie: On go or at a specified point, from a tier, riders will do a follow fish away from each other. On the 2nd go, riders will follow fish towards each other and merge. The follow fish should be called almost immediately after the leaders pass through each other.
